IS6611A—16V, 20A Synchronous Buck Converter with PMBus

The IS6611A is a 20A fully integrated high-frequency power solution based on the Intel® Oak Stream platform and compatible with the PMBus™ protocol. Utilizing a 3mm*3mm ultra-small package and advanced manufacturing processes, its peak efficiency is improved by 3% compared to the previous generation. This device features nonlinear control and optional external bias, combined with differential sensing technology and a 0.5V internal reference voltage, achieving ±1% output voltage accuracy across the full temperature range. It supports multi-frequency operating modes, allows parameter configuration via pins or NVM, enables real-time monitoring of IOUT, VOUT, VIN, and temperature data, and includes protection mechanisms against overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature. It is suitable for server, communication equipment, and high-performance computing power systems.

IS6615A—16V, 40A Synchronous Buck Converter with PMBus

The IS6615A is a fully integrated high-frequency synchronous buck converter based on the Intel® Birch Stream/Oak Stream platform and compatible with the PMBus™ protocol. It provides up to 40A output current over a wide 4.5V-16V input voltage range, with an operating frequency range of 300kHz to 1.5MHz, and supports external bias for optimized efficiency. This device offers fast transient response, excellent load and line regulation, and achieves 0.5% voltage accuracy. It supports monitoring of key parameters such as IOUT, VOUT, VIN, and temperature, and also allows for the disabling or modification of protection modes for functions like OCP, OVP, and OTP. It is suitable for data center and communication power systems requiring high reliability.

ISM6636B—3.3V/4A High-Density Power Module

The ISM6636B-3300 is a 3.3V output, high-power-density power module based on the Intel® Birch Stream/Oak Stream platform. Addressing the stringent requirements of high-performance platforms for PCB space utilization, this device internally integrates the controller, MOSFETs, inductor, capacitors, and peripheral resistors, requiring minimal external components. Through a chip and inductor vertical structure package design (3.3mm × 3.3mm × 1.45mm), it achieves 4A continuous current output, saving 50% of board space. This module supports an I2C digital interface and programmable operations, allowing real-time reading of voltage, current, and temperature parameters while boasting excellent electrical characteristics. It is widely used in servers, communication equipment, and other fields.

IS6105A—50A E-Fuse with PMBus and High Integration

The IS6105A is a 50A electronic fuse based on the Intel® Eagle Stream/Birch Stream platform and compatible with the PMBus™ protocol. It effectively suppresses inrush current and protects against output short circuits and transient effects. Addressing the complex design and difficult maintenance of overcurrent protection in high-power systems, this device integrates PMBus™ and a power MOSFET with RDS_ON of 1.2mΩ, and is equipped with current monitoring (IMON) and an external output capacitor energy-assisted discharge function, achieving comprehensive, high-precision current and voltage signal acquisition. The IS6105A supports hot plug applications and high-speed fault response, possesses ample Safe Operating Area (SOA), and has a peak current capability of 110A. It is suitable for server, storage, and communication power systems.

The edge VRM power solution showcased at this event precisely addresses the extreme requirements for power supply size, efficiency, and stability in servers within edge computing scenarios, providing solid and reliable power protection for applications like edge AI inference and intelligent edge gateways.
