IS6103C is an active active circuit protection device integrating field-effect transistors (FETs). It adopts a hot-swappable design and can limit current and voltage to safe ranges during faults. This device has the Latched Fault Response function, which effectively prevents overloading, short circuits, voltage surges, overcurrent spikes, and reverse currents. Its built-in clamping circuit can limit overvoltage to the safe maximum value without the need for external components, providing overvoltage protection (OVP) for 12V systems. When a specific voltage ramp is required, the dV/dT pin can be programmed and set through a single capacitor, ensuring the output curve meets the requirements. This device supports programmable current limiting functionality. The current limiting value is set by connecting the ILIMIT pin to the ground with an external resistor, with an accuracy of ±15%, and only a single external resistor is needed to complete the parameter configuration.
