This chip supports triple outputs within a wide input voltage range of 3.15V to 22V, integrating two internal Buck converters and a single load switch, with a continuous output current of 10A and up to 14A at full Buck load. Utilizing COT™ control mode, IS6302A requires minimal output capacitance for fast transient response, delivering excellent line and load regulation across the entire input voltage and output load range. It also supports two sleep mode operations (S3/S5) for memory applications. Additionally, IS6302A incorporates a comprehensive set of protection features, including input undervoltage lockout (UVLO), output current limit (OCL), output overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage protection (UVP), and overtemperature protection (OTP), making it suitable for laptops, servers, data centers, and other applications requiring high data transfer rates and wide output voltage ranges.
