IS66066 is a high-power-density, high-frequency, fully integrated synchronous step-down converter. This device is packaged in a 3mm x 4mm 21-pin QFN format and can support a continuous output current of up to 12A. It has a high efficiency within the output load current range, and exhibits excellent load regulation and linear regulation over a wide input voltage range. The IS66066 adopts an internal compensation method and uses the unique TCOT™ control mode to provide rapid transient response and simplify the loop compensation network. The switching frequency of this device can be selected among 600kHz, 800kHz and 1MHz. The soft start time can be set by an external capacitor. An open-drain output signal named PGOOD is provided internally, which is used to indicate the working status of the chip.
