Description

The IS6606H is a high-power-density, fully integrated synchronous buck converter that delivers a continuous output current of 12A across a wide input voltage range of 4V to 16V. It incorporates an internal LDO, enabling system-level optimization with a single input power source, and features an externally configurable bias mode for optimal efficiency. Utilizing differential output voltage sensing and a 0.6V internal feedback reference, it achieves ±1% tolerance over the full temperature range while offering excellent line and load regulation performance. Equipped with the patented Turbo Constant On Time (TCOT™) control algorithm, it provides fast transient response and supports programmable switching frequencies of 600kHz, 800kHz, and 1MHz. The design is compatible with MLCC output capacitors, saving space and reducing costs. Comprehensive protection features include OCP, NOCP, OVP, UVP, and over-temperature protection (OTP). The IS6606H is available in a compact QFN 3mm x 4mm package, minimizing the need for external components.
