IS6609A is a high-efficiency, high-power-density, fully integrated single-phase synchronous buck converter that can provide a maximum DC output current of up to 30A. It integrates an LDO internally. It can operate with a single input power supply and supports a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 17V externally. The IS6609A adopts the company's proprietary TCOT™ control mode to provide rapid transient response. It supports a switching frequency range of 600kHz to 1.2 MHz in both continuous conduction mode (FCCM) and discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) through external resistors. In addition, IS6609A features comprehensive protection functions, including overcurrent protection (OCP), negative current protection (NOCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage protection (UVP), and overtemperature protection (OTP), and is mainly used in server, storage, telecommunications and data communication fields.
