Internally integrated with two LDOs, the Buck full load current is 10A, providing an integrated power supply solution for LPDDR4X

The IS6630D offers a high-power-density complete power solution for LPDDR4X, integrating a synchronous buck switching converter (VDD2) internally. This converter can deliver up to 10A of continuous current over a wide input voltage range (4.5V to 22V), featuring excellent load and line regulation. It employs the company's proprietary TCOT™ control mode for fast transient response. Additionally, the chip integrates VDDQ LDO and VDD1 LDO internally. The VDDQ LDO requires only a single 22μF ceramic capacitor at its output to sink or source 1.5A of continuous current; the VDD1 LDO needs two 22μF ceramic capacitors to provide 1.5A of continuous current. IS6630D comes in a QFN16 (3mmx3mm) package and incorporates comprehensive protection features including OCP, NOCP, OVP, UVP, and OTP. It features an open-drain PGOOD signal to indicate the chip's operational status. The use of all-ceramic capacitors at the output helps users save space and reduce costs.
