Description

The IS6806C is an intelligent power stage with built-in power MOSFET and gate driver. It can achieve 70A in a single phase. This product supports precise current sampling, temperature sampling and fault alarm functions. It can provide high current performance, excellent thermal performance and highly efficient optimized MOSFET design. The IS6806C is a driver IC with an internal MOSFET gate featuring high current drive capability, adaptive dead-time control and integrated bootstrap switch. The temperature monitor can issue an alarm to the system when the temperature is too high. The current monitor provides real-time current monitoring function (Imon) (the output inductor current is proportionally reduced), is compatible with 3.3V PWM controller, and can enable diode emulation mode under light load by using the GLCTRL signal.
