Single-phase load capacity 30A, maximum up to 160A
The IS6811A utilizes an extremely compact 3mm x 5mm QFN package, supporting continuous currents up to 30A. It integrates high-side and low-side power FETs along with gate drivers, minimizing parasitic components on the PCB, which leads to higher efficiency and improved dead-time control. The IS6811A device can withstand currents four times greater than its maximum operating current, doubling the capability of competing products, with a peak current capacity reaching 160A. Operating at frequencies from 100KHz to 2MHz, the IS6811A also features integrated current monitoring and temperature reporting functions. It is equipped with a full suite of protection features, including positive and negative current limits, over-temperature protection, and input supply UVLO.
