IS6816B is a highly integrated smart power stage with built-in high/low-side power MOSFETs and gate drivers, achieving higher efficiency at lower output voltages. This product delivers high current performance, excellent thermal characteristics, and an efficiency-optimized MOSFET design. Internal MOSFET sensing enables superior current sensing accuracy while minimizing switching and conduction losses. The IS6816B supports single-phase loads up to 90A and operates at switching frequencies up to 1.5MHz, enabling high-performance transient response. It facilitates the miniaturization of output inductors and input/output capacitors while maintaining industry-leading efficiency.
