IS6819C is a highly integrated smart power stage with built-in high/low-side power MOSFETs and gate drivers, achieving higher efficiency at lower output voltages. This product delivers high current performance, excellent thermal characteristics, and an optimized MOSFET design for high efficiency. Internal MOSFET sensing enables superior current sensing accuracy while minimizing switching and conduction losses. Capable of handling up to 70A in a single phase. Operating at switching frequencies up to 1.5MHz, it enables high-performance transient response, supports miniaturization of output inductors and input/output capacitors, and maintains industry-leading efficiency. Additionally, IS6819C supports high-precision current monitoring and temperature monitoring functions, and is equipped with a full suite of protection features, including positive and negative current limiting, over-temperature protection, and fault alarm functions.
