Co-building the Computing Power Supply Ecosystem, IVS Appears at Intel Connection 2026

The construction of domestic intelligent computing centers is accelerating, computing power chip performance continues to leap, and power consumption per device is rising sharply in tandem. AI server power supply systems need higher power density, more stringent dynamic load response, smaller space occupation, while also taking into account overall system energy consumption metrics.

On September 22, 2026, Intel Connection 2026 grandly opened. As an Intel ecosystem partner, IVS brought multiple EVM Boards for AI servers and other computing platforms to the conference’s “Computing Power - AI Factory Power Supply” exhibition area, joining global industry chain partners to explore the development path of underlying power supply for AI infrastructure.

The product features the TCOT architecture and proprietary switching loss reduction technology, delivering fast transient response while effectively suppressing temperature rise; the device supports multiple switching frequency options, optimized pin layout and package thermal resistance design, and simple peripheral circuitry, making it an ideal point-of-load (POL) power solution for space-constrained high-performance computing platforms.

16V, 20A Synchronous Buck Converter with PMBus

**IS6611A ** is a PMBus™-compatible 20A fully integrated high-frequency power solution, adopting an ultra-small 3mm × 3mm package and advanced process technology, with peak efficiency improved by 3% over the previous generation. The device features nonlinear control and optional external bias, combined with differential sensing technology and a 0.5V internal reference voltage, achieving ±1% output voltage accuracy over the full temperature range. Parameters can be configured via pins or NVM, and it monitors IOUT, VOUT, VIN and temperature data in real time. It includes overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature and other protection mechanisms, suitable for servers, communications equipment and high-performance computing power systems.

16V, 40A/25A Buck Converter with PMBus

IS6615A/B, compatible with the PMBusTM protocol, can provide up to 40A/25A output current over a 5V-16V wide voltage input, with an operating frequency from 300kHz to 1.5MHz, and supports external bias to optimize efficiency. The device has fast transient response and voltage accuracy of ±0.5%. It supports monitoring of key parameters such as IOUT, VOUT, VIN and temperature, and allows OCP, OVP, OTP and other protection functions to be disabled or modified in protection mode, suitable for data center and communications power systems with high reliability requirements.

3.3V, 4A High-Power-Density Power Module

ISM6636B is a high-power-density power module with 3.3V output. The device integrates a controller, MOS, inductor, capacitor and peripheral resistors internally, requiring minimal external components. Through a vertical structure package design of chip and inductor (3.3mm × 3.3mm × 1.45mm), it achieves 4A continuous current output and saves 50% board area. The module supports an I2C digital interface and programmable operation, can read voltage, current and temperature parameters in real time, and has excellent electrical characteristics, used in servers, communications equipment and other fields.

16V, 15A Fully Integrated DC/DC Power Module

ISM6402B, a fully integrated power solution integrating a DC/DC converter, MOS, inductor, capacitor and peripheral resistors, with a wide input voltage range (2.7V-16V), supports 15A continuous output and 20A peak output current. It adopts the TCOT™ algorithm, supports fast transient response, and its internal ramp compensation design can directly pair with MLCC as output capacitors, effectively reducing size and controlling cost. It integrates Hiccup-mode short-circuit protection, OVP and a full set of protection mechanisms, making it an ideal choice for power supplies in various point-of-load applications.

With PMBus, Highly Integrated 50A E-Fuse

IS6105A is a PMBus™-compatible 50A electronic fuse that can effectively suppress inrush current and protect against output short circuits and transient effects. The device integrates PMBus™ and a power MOSFET with RDS_ON 1.2mΩ, and is equipped with current monitoring (IMON) and auxiliary discharge for external output capacitor energy, enabling comprehensive high-precision current and voltage signal acquisition. IS6105A supports hot plug applications and high-speed fault response, has ample safe operating area (SOA), and a limit current of 110A, suitable for servers, storage and communications power systems.

Highly Integrated, Parallel-Capable 50A E-Fuse

**IS6108B ** is a programmable hot-swap protection IC with a built-in 0.8mΩ MOSFET. An external resistor can flexibly set the current-limit protection value; it has built-in current sensing and outputs an analog current monitoring signal. An external capacitor from the SS pin to ground can set the output soft-start duration, effectively suppressing power-on inrush. OCP and SCP thresholds are adjustable, and typical short-circuit protection response is only 200ns. It provides GOK and FLT_TYPE signals for easy system status monitoring and fault diagnosis. It also supports multi-chip paralleling for higher-current applications, and during soft-start in parallel applications, active current sharing between chips ensures balanced load current distribution.

20A E-Fuse with Integrated MOSFET and Current Monitoring

IS6111A, with an on-resistance of 2.1mΩ, is a hot-swap protection IC supporting up to 20A load at room temperature, with a 2.7V-16V wide voltage input. An external resistor can flexibly set the current-limit protection value; it has built-in high-precision current sensing and outputs ±1% IMON detection accuracy. The device integrates OCP, SCP, OVP, OTP and VDS/VGS short-circuit protection, and triggers FLTB fault alarms. Its 50A peak short-circuit protection paired with 200ns ultra-fast response can efficiently avoid abnormal circuit damage.
