The IS6209A is a dual-output digital multi-phase buck controller specifically designed for xPU voltage regulation, fully compliant with PMBus and SVI3 protocol specifications. It supports up to 16 phases for Loop 1 and maximum 8 phases for Loop 2. Adopting proprietary patented Turbo Constant On-Time (TCOT™) control algorithm, it achieves fast load transient response with minimized output capacitance. Equipped with exclusive efficiency tuning technology, its dynamic phase control function enables automatic or command-based phase adding/shedding according to load current, delivering outstanding efficiency across the entire load range. The PMBus interface supports configuration of up to 127 address values. Device settings can be easily configured via the Innovision graphical user interface and stored in on-chip Non-Volatile Memory (NVM), which effectively reduces external components and package footprint.
